Office Block Gutter Clearance in Hockley Heath

David asked us to clear all of the guttering on his office block in Hockley Heath, which is made up of four separate units.

The gutters on all four units were packed to the brim with leaves, and six of the downpipes were blocked so badly that no water was reaching the drains at all.

Working from the ground with the SKYVAC, we emptied every run of guttering and cleared each of the six downpipes. We then water-tested the whole system to confirm rain could flow from the roof, through the gutters and down into the drains again.
